today starts another challenge at the 613 Avenue Create and this month's twist is "use the spotlight technique". I used the MFT flower stamp, some watercolors and hexagons dies. Since I colored the whole image I didn't just want to cut out one piece, so I die cut a big image and three smaller hexagons.

today I have the honor to guest design at the Scrapping4fun-Challenge. This is challenge no. 124 and the theme is "under the sea/at the beach".
I made a shaker card with two goldfish and lots of sequins. I rarely use them lately which is a shame.
The background was made with distress inks and a piece of acetate. I love the technique.

heute habe ich die große Ehre, als Gastdesignerin bei der Scrapping4Fun-Challenge teilnehmen zu dürfen. Das Thema der Challenge Nr. 124 ist "unter Wasser / am Strand". today I have another Star Wars card. I am still in some kind of Star Wars bubble which is weird since I wasn't that hyped after seeing Episode 7 or Rogue One. But Episode 8 brought my right back into the Star Wars Universe.

I wanted to do something with the hero arts december kit since I got it, but neither time nor muse were in my side. So after coloring the Lego Luke Skywalker I thought about a background and the arabian nights card kit came back into my mind. So I colored a Tatooine background and the card was done. :D

da bin ich mal wieder und habe wieder eine Star Wars Karte im Gepäck. Ich bin immer noch gehyped von Star Wars, was komisch ist, da ich es nach Episode 7 und Rogue One nicht war. Die Filme haben mir gut gefallen, aber nach Episode 8 war ich wieder voll im Star Wars Universum.

Mit dem Hero Arts Dezember Kit wollte ich schon seit einiger Zeit etwas anstellen, aber entweder hatte ich keine Zeit oder keine Muse. Nachdem ich aber den Luke Skywalker coloriert hatte, brauchte ich einen Hintergrund und da fiel mir die Düne aus dem Set wieder ein. Also wurde es herausgekramt, der Sand coloriert, ein Himmel verblendet und fertig war die Karte. :)

DT: Schüttelkarte zum Geburtstag / Birthday Shaker Card (for 613 AC)

heute habe ich wieder eine Karte für die neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create. Es ist die dritte alljährliche Block-Party und das feiern wir mit dem Twist "Geburtstag / Jahrestag". Dafür habe ich eine Geburtstagsschüttelkarte gemacht. Sie ist nicht nur mit Pailletten gefüllt, sondern auch kleinen Luftballons und Luftschlangen, außerdem einem "happy birthday".
Die süße Katze mit dem riesigen Ballon ist von Sami Stamps, die diese Woche unsere Challenge sponsorn. Zunächst wollte ich die Katze mit Copics colorieren, habe mich dann aber doch für Wasserfarben entschieden. Da brauch ich noch ein wenig Übung, weil ich hauptsächlich Hintergründe mache und das colorieren lieber mit Stiften mache. Aber auch mit dem Pinsel und der Farbe hat es ganz gut geklappt.

heute ist mal wieder Freitag und damit steht auch eine

neue Challenge bei der Sister Act Card Challenge an. 

Durch den Feiertag heute haben ja viele frei. Wie wirst 

Du den Tag nutzen? Ich werde auf jeden Fall basteln

und mich mal wieder durch die Challenge-Blogs schlagen

und schauen, was so ansteht. :)

Hier habe ich eine Karte mit einem tollen Motiv von 

Saturated Canary. Ich mag die Farbkombi von dem 

grün und lachs total gerne, allerdings muss ich mich dann

auch jedes Mal durch meinen Motivpapierbestand wühlen,

um etwas passendes zu finden. Ich hab auch schon versucht,

ein passendes Band zu finden, allerdings bisher ohne Erfolg,

so dass ich das Band auch mit meinem Copic einfärben musste.

Here I have a card with this super cute Saturated Canary

image and I love this color combo. But evertime I have

to dig through my patterned paper stash to find something

that fits this green and salmon combo. Hard times. :D

I tried to find some ribbon too, but I wasn't successful, yet.

Seit 2008 findet jährlich am 26. März der Purple Day, 

ein Tag zur Aufklärung über Epilepsie, statt. Deswegen 

haben wir diese Woche bei der 613 Avenue Create 

Challenge das Thema: Alles geht mit dem optionalen 

Twist "lila".

Ich habe dazu eine lila Karte mit ganz vielen Cupcakes 

gebastelt. Das Cupcake-Set sollte ich öfters nutzen. Sie

sind so süß und das Stempeln macht viel Spaß, weil man

die Unterteile und die Toppings so schön kombinieren kann.

epilepsy awareness. So this week's challenge over at 613

Avenue Create is all about purple. Of course it's ATG, but

we'd like to see some purple. Shouldn't be so hard. ;)

diese Woche bei der 613 Avenue Create Challenge

ist der optionale Twist: Aquamarin, denn der Stein

des Monats März ist eben dieser. Deswegen würden

wir gerne diese Farbe bei euch sehen. Ich habe es

versucht, allerdings glaube ich, dass mein Aquamarin

etwas dunkel geraten ist. Dennoch gefällt mir die

Kombi aus blau, gelb und grün sehr gut. :)

heute startet wieder eine neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue 

Create. Das Thema diese Woche ist "Alles geht / mache 

etwas nettes für einen Freund/Nachbarn/Postboten/...".

Ich habe nur einen Teil des Digis von Oddball genutzt, 

aber ich fand das kleine Püppchen so knuffig. Und es 

passt hervorragend für jemanden, den man schon ewig 

hat/kennt und immer noch liebt, auch wenn er nicht 

perfekt ist oder nicht mehr so dolle aussieht. :D

today we have a new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create. 

This week's theme is ATG with twist of "make something 

nice for a friend / neighbor / mailman/ ...". It's Random Act
of Kindness Day!

I just used a part of Oddball's Digi, but I loved this 

cuttie as soon as I saw it. It's the perfect image for some-

thing or someone what's with you for a long time and 

you still love. Although it's not perfect or beautiful 

anymore. :D
