Frohes Neues Jahr!!
heute startet eine neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create und es geht um die beliebtesten Techniken. Ich habe für stempeln, Copics, Schüttelkarte  und eigenen Spruch entschieden.
Mein kleiner Neffe hat uns allen einen "gut Flutsch ins neue Jahr" gewünscht und weil er traurig war, dass er Weihnachten keine Schüttelkarte erhalten hat (sondern nur eine normale, doofe, ohne rasseln), habe ich ihm eine Silvesterkarte gemacht. :)

Happy New Year!
Today starts a new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create and we had to use our favorite techniques for our projects. Mine were stamping, shaker element, copic coloring and creating my own sentiment. 
In Germany we wish "a good slide into the new year" (guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr) before the new year starts and when the new year is there, we say "happy new year" (frohes neues Jahr).
My three year old nephew wished as a more colloquial wish which I used for my sentiment.
I made this card for him because he was a bit sad that his christmas card wasn't a shaker card.

heute startet eine neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create und das Theme für den Monat November ist "alles geht". Da kann man ja alles einreichen, was einem so einfällt.
Da ich mit den Weihnachtskarten noch nicht wirklich begonnen habe, habe ich hier eine andere Karte für euch. Das Motiv ist von unserem Sponsor A Day for Daisies und ich habe farblich mal etwas mehr experimentiert. Die Haare zu kolorieren hatte ich mir leichter vorgestellt. :D

Fledermäuse für Halloween / Bats for Halloween

Hallo :)
so kurz vor Halloween zeige ich noch schnell die Karten, die ich meinen Neffen geschickt habe. Beides Schüttelkarten, beide mit den gleichen Zutaten gebastelt, aber das Layout und die Farben leicht verändert. Soll ja jeder seine eigene Karte haben, aber ohne dass es heißt, dass der andere eine schönere bekommen hat. :D
Das Verblenden des Hintergrunds hat seine Zeit gedauert, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Ein paar Wassertropfen, weiße Farbspritzer und Pailletten machen den Himmel-Look perfekt! :)

tomorrow is Halloween and I wanted to show the cards I made for my nephews. Both with the same supplies, but slighly different layout and colors. So each gets his own card without being able to complain that the other one is better. :D
The blending took some time, but it was worth it. With some water drops, white paint splatters and some sequins the night sky turned out perfect! :)

Frankenpirate for Halloween

Hallo :)
ja, ich sitze schon an Halloweenkarten. Viele verschicke ich nicht, aber meine Neffen bekommen eine. Gestern Abend fühlte ich mich dann kreativ und habe diese Karte gemacht. Da ich nicht viele Halloween-Stempel habe, habe ich mal meine Sammlung durchgeschaut, was ich so verwenden könnte. Und da ist mit der kleine Koala-Pirat von Create a Smile in die Hände gefallen. Er hat schon vom Hersteller aus die Narbe auf der Stirn und da hatte ich die Idee, da noch mehr draus zu machen. Gesagt getan, etwas rumprobiert und das ist das Ergebnis. :)
Zufrieden bin ich zwar, aber ich glaube mittlerweile, dass der kleine Koala zu gruselig für meine Neffen ist... :D

yes, I'm making some Halloween cards. I only send a few, since Halloween is not that big of a deal in Gemany, but I wanted to make some for my nephews. I don't have many Halloween stamps, so I looked through my stash what I could use and found this koala pirate by Create a Smile. He already has the stitched scar on his forehead, so I thought about adding some more patches. I tried out a few things and this is my result.
I am happy with it, but I think that it is a bit to spooky for my nephews. :D

ja, ich bekomme nicht genug davon. Ich gebe es zu. Ich habe die ganze Woche wie wild mit meinem Blending Tool rotiert und embossed. Ich bin süchtig. Ich kann es nicht ändern.
Zudem habe ich derzeit eine neue Lieblingsfarbkombi, die man in nächster Zeit noch häufiger bei mir sehen wird. Darf ich vorstellen? Lila-rot-orange-gelb. Es freut mich, Sie kennen zu lernen. :)

Trauerkarte: unvergessen / Sympathy Card: unforgotten

heute habe ich wieder eine Trauerkarte. Leider braucht man sie ja immer wieder und ich versuche da auch immer etwas neutrales, aber geschmackvolles zu machen. Kein Glitzer, kein Schimmer, kein Schnickschnack.
Hier habe ich die Blätter gestempelt, embossed und bin dann mit grauer Distressfarbe darüber gegangen.

türkis-blauer Geburtstag / Teal Birthday

Hallo :)
ich brauchte eine Geburtstagskarte für meine beste Freundin und als ich letzte Woche bei ihr war, sah ich eine tolle türkis-blaue neue Vase auf dem Schrank im Wohnzimmer, von der sie total begeistert war. Also dachte ich mir, dass ich ihr im gleichen Farbton eine Karte mache. Also habe ich die Distress Inks verblendet, verblendet und verblendet, bis mir der Arm weh tat. :D
Aber es hat sich gelohnt, der Übergang der beiden Farben ist schön geworden. Jetzt muss sie nur noch den Postweg überstehen...

I needed a card for my best friend's birthday on thursday. When I visited her last week, she had a new teal vase in her living room and she was so happy about it I thought by myself: I need to make her a matching card. So I blended, blended, blended till my arm was hurting, but it was so worth it. :D
The transition from "Mermaid Lagoon" to "Peacock Feather" is is good and I am happy with the result. I just hope it goes well through the mail...

heute haben wir eine neue Challenge bei Morgan's Artworld und das Thema ist "3 Dinge". Ich habe mich für drei Rosen mit drei Blättern, drei kleinen Pailletten und drei großen Pailletten entschieden. Das sollte reichen. :D
Und natürlich durften meine beiden Lieblingsrottöne bei den Copics nicht fehlen. Zusammen mit Grau gefallen sie mir auch sehr gut.

Poolparty

Hallo :)
in letzter Zeit war es ruhig hier. Das liegt daran, dass es in der Schule gerade stressig ist. Nächste Woche haben wir den letzten Schultag und dann starten die Sommerferien. Ich musste Zeugnisse schreiben, wir hatten viele Konferenzen und die Kinder werden immer unruhiger. Für meine heißt es ja dann nächste, dass sie Abschied von der Grundschule nehmen müssen. Manche freuen sich, manche weinen jetzt schon, wenn sie dran denken, aber die meisten haben ein bisschen Angst vor der ungewissen Zukunft. Da geht es ihnen nicht anders, als es uns gehen würde.

Hier habe ich noch einmal eine Karte zum Abschied an einen meiner Schüler. Letztes Jahr habe ich alles die gleichen Karten gemacht, dieses Jahr habe ich zwar die gleichen Stempel benutzt, aber die Karten alle unterschiedlich gestaltet.

I didn't post many cards lately. It's stressful at work right now. School ends next week and I had a lot to do. Like writing reports, staff meetings, getting ready for summer break,...
My class is leaving elementary school and they will have their last day next week. They all will go off to other schools and it's a tough time. Some are glad, some are sad and mostly everone is a bit afraid. Of the unknown future at the new school. those of them who are religious, pray for nice new friends and teachers and for not being lonely and afraid.

This is one of my good bye cards for my students. Last year I made all the same cards, but this year I used the same stamp set, but made every card different.
