Hello :)
it's monday again and that means there is a new post by me in the Stampcorner-Blog.
And since the clock is ticking: it's a christmas card! What else?
My mother loved the christmas cards I made last year with this stamp set by Avery Elle, so I took it out again and made some more. This year also some with watercolor as you can see.

Es ist wieder Montag und damit wieder Zeit für eine Karte im Stampcorner-Blog.
Und da die Zeit immer knapper wird und die Uhr tickt, ist es auch dieses Mal wieder eine Weihnachtskarte. Meine Mutter hat die Weihnachtskarten mit dem Kranzmotiv von Avery Elle, die ich letzte Jahr gemacht habe, so geliebt, dass ich das Set dieses Jahr wieder ausgepackt und ein paar weitere Karten gemacht habe. Dieses Mal auch welche mit Aquarellfarbe.

DT: lila für Tag der Epilepsie / purple for epilepsy awareness (613AC)

Hallo :)

Seit 2008 findet jährlich am 26. März der Purple Day, 

ein Tag zur Aufklärung über Epilepsie, statt. Deswegen 

haben wir diese Woche bei der 613 Avenue Create 

Challenge das Thema: Alles geht mit dem optionalen 

Twist "lila".

Ich habe dazu eine lila Karte mit ganz vielen Cupcakes 

gebastelt. Das Cupcake-Set sollte ich öfters nutzen. Sie

sind so süß und das Stempeln macht viel Spaß, weil man

die Unterteile und die Toppings so schön kombinieren kann.

since 2008 the March 26th is the purple day, the day for 

epilepsy awareness. So this week's challenge over at 613

Avenue Create is all about purple. Of course it's ATG, but

we'd like to see some purple. Shouldn't be so hard. ;)

I made a purple card with lots of cupcakes. I love this cup-

cake set and I should use it more often.

DT: Jahrestag bei 613 Avenue Create / 2nd Annual Block Party

Es ist Zeit zu feiern!
613 Avenue Create Challenge wird zwei Jahre alt!
Und dafür gibt es eine ganz besondere Challenge.
Sie heißt "1001 Techniken"! Das heißt, dass alles,

was an Basteltechniken so bekannt und beliebt ist,

kann und soll verwendet werden.

Ich war dabei etwas klassischer. Shaker Cards, sticken,

usw. habe ich ja zwischendurch immer mal gemacht.
Dafür wollte ich eine simplere Karte mit einer etwas

(für mich) ungewöhnlicheren Farbcombi machen.

Was habe ich so an Techniken verwendet?
Embossing mit meiner BigShot, Distress Inks verwendet,

mit Copics coloriert, die Blumen am Kleid sind aus kleinen

Stücken Motivpapier (paper piecing), Washi Tape, Glossy 

Accents und Motivpapiere durften natürlich auch nicht fehlen.

Dazu eine Mischung aus digital und clear stamp. :)

it's time to celebrate!

613 Avenue Create is turning 2 and we have

a very special challenge this week. The challenge's

twist is "1001 techniques", so you can use any 

crafting technique there is.

I went a bit classy with my card. I made shaker 

cards in the past or embroidered on a tag and 

stuff like this, bis here I went with a more simple

card and an unusual color combo. (At least for me.)

So, which techniques did I use?
I colored with copics, used dry embossing with my

BigShot, distressed with Distress Inks, used washi

tape and patterned papers, used a digi stamp and a

clear stamp. I also made tiny paper piecings on the

flowers of the dress. :)

Da ich vor einiger Zeit eine Fitztown-Challenge gewonnen

habe, hat man mich gefragt, ob ich nicht gerne bei einer

Challenge Gast Designer wäre und natürlich habe ich ja gesagt. 

Heute startet die Challenge "Winter" und dafür habe ich eine

winterliche Karte mit einem hübschen Digi von Fitztown gemacht.

CAS Blumenstrauß (CAS bouquet)

Hallo :)

heute habe ich eine recht simple Karte (CAS = clean and sinple) für euch.

Die flachen Knöpfchen sind aus Papier und mit einem Gloss überzogen.
Das macht sie perfekt für Kartengestaltungen, da sie die Karte nicht zu

schwer machen und sie so einfach zu verschicken ist. Außerdem sind sie

flach und leicht anzukleben. :)

I love those flat buttons. They are made out of paper with a glossy finish.
So they are lightweight and easy to glue onto cards and they are perfect for

cards that will go through the mail. :)
