here is another watercolor christmas card with those wonderful stamps, but this time I used a monochrome-vintagy color palette.
To catch the embossing onto a photo is sometimes a struggle. :)
This card was made for the December challenge over at 613 Avenue Create. This month's tiwst is of course "Winter / Christmas". I'd love to see you playing along!

heute habe ich wieder eine Karte mit diesen tollen Stempeln, allerdings habe ich die Farben verändert, so dass es eher monochrome mit einem Hauch vintage ist.
Dieses Mal gab es kein rot, das auf dem Foto komisch aussieht, dafür wollte sich das goldene Embossing nicht so wirklich einfangen lassen. Irgendwas ist ja immer. :D
Diese Karte habe ich für die Dezemberchallenge bei 613 Avenue Create gemacht. Das Thema diesen Monat ist "Alles geht" mit dem Twist "Winter / Weihnachten". Ich würde mich freuen, deine Werke dort zu sehen!

Christmas 2017 - No. 010

Hello :)
I had so many plans with posting all my crhistmas cards during November and early December. And what happend? Real Life happend. Crazy times at work and coming home and being nothing but tired. :(
But it's december now and I have to change. I want to get my cards postet and I still have to craft more!

This is one of the watercolor christmas cards for my mother. Very loose with a grey background.

Oh man, da hatte ich mir so viel vorgenommen und wollte meine ganzen Karten schon im November und Anfang Dezember gepostet haben und was passiert? Das echte Leben passiert. Besonders im Job war die Hölle los und wenn ich nach Hause kam, war ich nichts als müde.
Aber das muss sich nun ändern, schließlich naht Weihnachten und ich möchte meine Karten gepostet bekommen und muss auch noch einige basteln.

Das hier ist eine der Aquarellkarten, die ich für meine Mutter gemacht habe. Lockere Pinselführung und grauer Hintergrund.

heute gibt es wieder eine neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create und wie immer ist das Thema "alles geht". Der Twist diese Woche ist etwas umständlicher. :D
"Ein weißerer Farbton als blass - Gestalte dein Projekt mit neutralen Farben: weiß und beige. Schwarz und hell rosa können als Akzentfarben genutzt werden". Man man man, das setzte mich ganz schön unter Druck. :)
Aber mit dem tollen Stempel unseres Sponsors Oddball habe ich eine recht ansehnliche Karte gebastelt. Zumindest meinen Geschmack trifft sie. Ob ich den Twist gut getroffen habe, überlasse ich anderen Richtern. Zu meiner Farbpallette gehört beige nur sehr begrenzt.

today starts a new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create and as every week the theme is Anything Goes. But this week's twist is a bit more complicate. :D

"A whiter shade of pale - Create a project using the neutral colors: white and beige. Black and Light Pink can be used as accent colors." Oh boy! High pressure on me. :)
But with this cute stamp by our sponsor Oddball I created a card I like very much. Beige was never my color and if I succeeded on this twist is for you to judge. I am happy as it is. ;)

wendiges, denn der kleine Drache ist Hingucker genug. :)

Ballon-Schüttelkarte / Balloon Shaker Card

Hallo :)

heute habe ich noch eine zweite Karte, ich war

nämlich die letzten Tage kreativ und habe etwas

mit meinen Stanzen und Wasserfarben rumgespielt.
Diese Karte ist aber nicht mit klassischen Wasserfarben

entstanden, sondern mit Distress Inks. Rechts und links

wurde die Karte noch mit Washi Tape verschönert,

da sie mir sonst zu leer vorkam. :)

today I have another card for you. I was a bit creative the 

last few days and played with my dies and watercolors.
But this card wasn't colored with "normal" watercolors,

but with distress inks. I finished the card with some washi

tape, because it looked to empty. :)

heute haben wir wieder eine neue Challenge bei Morgan's Artworld

und das Thema dieser Challenge ist "pink", um auf das Thema Brustkrebs

aufmerksam zu machen. Dafür habe ich diese Rose genommen und sie mit

meinen Copics coloriert. Dazu meinen neuesten Sruchstempel genommen,

den ich ganz frisch bei Create a Smile ersteigert habe. Ich finde diese

großen Spruchstempel oder Stanzteile ganz toll, nur meist sind sie auf

englisch und das passt halt nicht zu jedem Empfänger.

Wenn Du auch eine pinke Karte hast, dann komm schau doch mal bei

der Challenge vorbei und spiel mit. :)

those big sentiments as stamp or die, but often they are in englisch
and for some recipients, I like a german sentiment better.
