man man man, was für eine schwüle Hitze wir hier passend zum
Schulstart haben. Ich hoffe, dass es nächste Woche besser wird,
sonst weiß ich noch nicht, wie das mittags mit den Kindern in der
Schule werden soll. Im Moment haben die alle noch nur 4 Stunden,
aber ab nächster Woche geht es richtig los.

it's friday again and sadly it's the ast friday of the summer

vacation in this part of Germany. In North Rhine-Westphalia,

where I live, school starts again on wednesday and after a lot

of rainy days, it's getting better and warmer (or hotter) again.
So we have to sit in the classroom all day while we have the

sind sie ruck zuck rum und ich hab nicht
alles gemacht, was ich wollte.
Die Karte unten hab ich schon vor einiger Zeit
gemacht und was Deutschland angeht, so passt
sie ja auch oft in den Sommer. Zumindest hier
im Rheinland braucht man auch im Sommer schon
mal öfters den Regenmantel und Gummistiefel. :(

Hallo :)
heute ist der letzte Schultag hier in NRW.
Und damit verabschiede ich meine Drittklässler

in die Sommerferien und meine Viertklässler auf

die weiterführenden Schulen. Auf der einen Seite

sind alle ganz froh darüber, aber natürlich ist man

auch traurig. So lässt man sie dann also mit einem

lachenden und einem weinenden Auge ziehen.
Und ich freue mich auf ein wenig Ruhe und Freizeit.
Die letzten Wochen waren sehr anstrengend, da die

Viertklässler sich schon mental von der Grundschule

verabschiedet hatten und an den neuen Schulen 

angenommen waren und somit den Unterricht bei

uns als unnötig ansahen... :)

Hallo :)

heute ist mal wieder Freitag und damit steht auch eine

neue Challenge bei der Sister Act Card Challenge an. 

Durch den Feiertag heute haben ja viele frei. Wie wirst 

Du den Tag nutzen? Ich werde auf jeden Fall basteln

und mich mal wieder durch die Challenge-Blogs schlagen

und schauen, was so ansteht. :)

Hier habe ich eine Karte mit einem tollen Motiv von 

Saturated Canary. Ich mag die Farbkombi von dem 

grün und lachs total gerne, allerdings muss ich mich dann

auch jedes Mal durch meinen Motivpapierbestand wühlen,

um etwas passendes zu finden. Ich hab auch schon versucht,

ein passendes Band zu finden, allerdings bisher ohne Erfolg,

so dass ich das Band auch mit meinem Copic einfärben musste.

it's friday again and we have a new challenge over

at the Sister Act Card Challenge.
Today is a public holiday in Germany and I will use

my spare time to do some crafting and check the 

challenge blogs. Do you have the day off, too? 

What do you do?

Here I have a card with this super cute Saturated Canary

image and I love this color combo. But evertime I have

to dig through my patterned paper stash to find something

that fits this green and salmon combo. Hard times. :D

I tried to find some ribbon too, but I wasn't successful, yet.

So I colored my ribbon with my copic marker.

der ersten Woche nach den Ferien. Die Kinder

müssen erst mal wieder an die Schule gewöhnt 

werden. ;)
Das Wetter war diese Woche auch super gut und

da hätte ich fast die Challenge vergessen. Aber

zum Glück hab ich ja noch rechtzeitig daran gedacht.
