auch heute bin ich noch einmal Gastdesigner bei AliciaBel. Die Mai-Challenge läuft noch und heute ist noch und es gibt noch die Möglichkeit, an der Challenge teil zu nehmen.
Für meine Karte habe ich "Emily" genommen, sie ist an den Charakter aus dem Film "Corpse Bride" angelehnt. Passend zum Thema habe ich daraus auch eine Hochzeitskarte gemacht. Da ich keinen hübschen Blau-Ton hinbekommen habe, habe ich die Karte in einem warmen grau gehalten.

I was a guest designer for the may challenge and made today this wedding card with the wonderful "Emily"-image. She is from the movie "Corpse Bride", but I couldn't get the right blue tone for her skin, so I made the entire card in a warm grey. :)

GD: Star Wars Rey Card (for Aliciabel)

Hallo :)
heute bin ich Gastdesigner bei der Aliciabel-Challenge und durfte mit diesem tollen Digi von Rey spielen. Das Thema der Challenge ist "Movie" und da hat Aliciabel ganz viele passende Stempel, so dass mir die Wahl sehr schwer fiel, aber Rey stach dann doch heraus. Ich mache schon mal gerne Star Wars Karten und da ist ein Stempel für eine "Mädchenkarte" genau das, was mir noch fehlt, auch wenn meine Karte farblich nicht so mädchenhaft ist.
Neugierig geworden? Dann schau doch mal bei Aliciabel vorbei. Für die Teilnahme an der Challenge muss man einen Aliciabel Stempel nutzen, davon gibt es eine breite Auswahl im Shop und auch einige Freebies!

today I am the proud guest designer over at the Aliciabel Challenge and I had the chance to play with this wonderful Rey digi stamp. The challenge theme is "movie" and Aliciabel has a lot wonderful movie related stamps and I needed some time to decide. But I love making star wars cards and I needed an image for a girl's card. My card isn't that girly with those colors, but Rey can't be pink!  :D

Hallo :)
heute haben wir eine neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create und der Twist ist "ein Vogel in der Hand". Der Vogel muss aber nicht wirklich in der Hand sein, aber es sollte ein Vogel auf dem Projekt zu sehen sein. Ich habe es aber wörtlich genommen und der tollen Schneekönigin von Alicia Bel einen Vogel in die Hand gesetzt. Zunächst wollte ich "Hallo Frühling" oder etwas ähnliches als Spruch haben, fand dann aber diesen Stempel in einem Set und dachte mir, dass der auch super passt. Der Winter schickt das neue Leben los. Wird ja auch endlich mal Zeit! :)

today starts a new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create and this week's twist is "Bird in the hand". You don't have to take that literally, there should just be a bird on your project. I thought a while about my project and I decided to go with the literal twist with this wonderful Alicia Bel image. 
The winter sends out the new life and spring starts. Finally!

Für mich heißt das, dass die Ferien fast zu Ende sind und

barem Wetter gesegnet sind, seh ich mal darüber hinweg 

und genieße die Zeit, solange sie anhält. :)

is over in Germany and school starts again on monday.

But we have wonderful weather (22°C / 72°F) and I will

not think about work, but relax in the sun. :)

Bald ist Weihnachten / christmas is getting closer

Hallo :)
hier regnet es leider jeden Tag. Es ist immer dunkel 

und wäre da nicht die Vorfreude auf Weihnachten 

und die nette Deko überall, wäre es richtig deprimierend.
So musste ich meine Karten in den letzten Tagen auch

in einer Lichtbox fotografieren und konnte es nicht 

bei Tageslicht tun, wie ich es eigentlich am liebsten 

mache. Aber leider gibt es hier kein Tageslicht mehr. :(
Ich bin mit den Farben des Fotos nicht zufrieden,

habe es aber nicht besser hinbekommen. Das Motiv-

papier ist in Wirklichkeit viel hübscher und passt richtig

gut zu den Farben des Stempelmotivs.

it's raining. Every day. I havent't seen proper daylight

in weeks. It's dark all the time, but I do not live far 

enough up north not to have sunlight in winter. It's 

just really bad weather. And so I was not able to

take pictures of my cards with proper light, but I had

to use a lightbox. I do not like the outcome of this

card. The colors are not right, but after uncount photos

and light chances, this is as good as it gets.
Although the patterned paper is more beautiful in real

life and fits better the colors of the stamp.

Aufwachen! Es weihnachtet sehr! (wake up, christmas is on it's way!)

Sonntag ist der erste Advent und ich hinke in meiner Weihnachtskarten-

produktion hinterher. In der Schule ist derzeit viel zu tun und wenn ich

heimkomme bin ich ziemlich k.o. und das Licht ist weg. Aber ich werde

mich zusammenreißen und mich wieder daran setzen. :)

Heute habe ich auf jeden Fall eine Karte, die ich mit einem super süßen

Digistamp gemacht habe. Da brauchte man gar nicht viel mehr als den.

sunday is the first advent and christmas is getting closer, but I don't 

have made all my christmas cards yet. School is super busy right now

and when I get home, the light is gone and I'm tired and I don't feel

like crafting a lot. But I have to change that soon. :)
Today I have a christmas card anyway. This one was made with a 

super cute digi stamp and because it's so cute, the card doesn't need

much more!
