CAS Weihnachtsbaum / CAS christmas tree

Hallo :)
dieses Jahr habe ich einige Karten mit stilisierten Weihnachtsbäumen. Das finde ich sehr chic und macht auch immer wieder Spaß. Hier habe ich wieder den Schneckenhintergrundstempel verwendet, aber dieses Mal mit Aquarellfarben coloriert. Die Schnecken werden im Hintergrundembossing wieder aufgegriffen, das Violett findet sich auch im Glitzerwashi wieder. So passt alles zusammen.

this year's christmas cards are a lot CAS. I made several cards with stylized christmas trees. I love those designs and it's so much fun to create them. I used the shells background again and colored this time with my Mijello Watercolors. The swirls can also be found in the dry embossed background, the purple in the washi tape. So everything fits perfectly.

In den USA ist heute "flag day", da haben wir es uns bei

613 Avenue Create zum Vorsatz genommen, einen netten

Twist in unsere Alles-Geht-Challenge einzubauen.

Nämlich: Nutze die Farben deiner Nationalflagge /

Nutze deine Nationalflagge.

Ich habe mich für die Farben entschieden, so dass ich

meinen Anhänger in schwarz-rot-gold gehalten habe,

wobei das Gold einmal durch einen gelb-Ton und einmal

durch einen goldenen Gelstift entstanden ist.

I used the colors of the german flag: black, red and gold.

I colored the dress with only 3 copics: Y17 (golden yellow),

Es ist Zeit zu feiern!
613 Avenue Create Challenge wird zwei Jahre alt!
Und dafür gibt es eine ganz besondere Challenge.
Sie heißt "1001 Techniken"! Das heißt, dass alles,

was an Basteltechniken so bekannt und beliebt ist,

kann und soll verwendet werden.

Ich war dabei etwas klassischer. Shaker Cards, sticken,

usw. habe ich ja zwischendurch immer mal gemacht.
Dafür wollte ich eine simplere Karte mit einer etwas

(für mich) ungewöhnlicheren Farbcombi machen.

Was habe ich so an Techniken verwendet?
Embossing mit meiner BigShot, Distress Inks verwendet,

mit Copics coloriert, die Blumen am Kleid sind aus kleinen

Stücken Motivpapier (paper piecing), Washi Tape, Glossy 

Accents und Motivpapiere durften natürlich auch nicht fehlen.

Dazu eine Mischung aus digital und clear stamp. :)

it's time to celebrate!

613 Avenue Create is turning 2 and we have

a very special challenge this week. The challenge's

twist is "1001 techniques", so you can use any 

crafting technique there is.

I went a bit classy with my card. I made shaker 

cards in the past or embroidered on a tag and 

stuff like this, bis here I went with a more simple

card and an unusual color combo. (At least for me.)

So, which techniques did I use?
I colored with copics, used dry embossing with my

BigShot, distressed with Distress Inks, used washi

tape and patterned papers, used a digi stamp and a

clear stamp. I also made tiny paper piecings on the

flowers of the dress. :)

es ist mal wieder Donnerstag und wie immer kommt nun eine

ältere Karte aus meinem Sammelsurium. 

Der Throwback Thursday wird heute von Schmetterlingen heimgesucht. :)

Die Kartenidee habe ich auf Pinterest gefunden, wenn ich mich recht erinnere.

Da hatte jemand mit der gleichen Prägeschablone Hochzeitseinladungen

in weinrot und natur. Und das fand ich so schön, dass ich es mal mit einigen

Veränderungen nachgebastelt habe.

Allerdings ist der Spruch nicht ganz gerade und irgendwie finde ich, 

dass der Karte etwas fehlt. Vielleicht etwas distress an den Kanten....
