another rainbow card today.
This time I used the drop dies by MFT and some distress inks. Lately I use the Distress Oxides more, but I still love the "normal" Distress Inks. The colors are more vibrant. I should use them more often again.

today starts a new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create Challenge and the theme is "sentimental journey", so your sentiment should be the focal point of your project, it should be clean and simple (CAS) and you should use the color blue.
I used some Altenew stamps for an emboss resist technique and a hugher sentiment in silver as my focal image. Some clear drops, splatters and sequins were added as finishing touches. :)

Die Weihnachtszeit hat begonnen, morgen ist der zweite Advent und ich habe schon allerlei Weihnachtskarten gebastelt, muss sie allerdings auch mal posten, damit ich das vor Weihnachten noch hinbekomme, sonst habe ich im Januar immer noch Bilder übrig. Wäre ja auch nicht das erste Mal.
Hier habe ich meine neuen Stempel von Create a Smile genutzt und es recht simpel gelassen: Papier, Stempel, Stempelkissen, Embossingpuler, Glitzerband. Das war's. Ich finde große Spruchstempel super! Ich glaube aber, das habe ich schon mehrfach erwähnt! :D

vor kurzem habe ich bei CAS on Sunday gewonnen und wurde eingeladen, als Gastdesigner eine Karte bei der heutigen Challenge vorzustellen. Das Thema ist "Pets" (Tier/Haustier) und ich habe dafür eine herbstliche Karte gemacht.
Die geschwungene Ranke ist aus orangemd Glanzkarton gestanzt und setzt einen netten Akzent gegenüber der Wasserfarben.

The swirl is die cut from some orange mirror cardstock and gives a nice contrast to the watercolor pieces.

Kleine Meerjungfrau / Little Mermaid

Hallo :)
ich habe mich in einer Facebook-Gruppe anstecken lassen und habe mir einige Stempel von der Greeting Farm bestellt. Die gab es nämlich nun neu bei scrobby.nl (ja, gab. Denn die sind schon alle ausverkauft). Die Auswahl war recht klein, aber ich habe mich sofort in die kleinen Meerjungfrauen und die Einhörner verliebt. So süß! :D
Urlaub bekommt mir nicht, da gebe ich so viel Geld aus.

Auf jeden Fall habe ich auch etwas mit den Stempeln angestellt. Sie nur zu kaufen und zu bewundern, würde mir zwar auch schon fast reichen, aber dafür kauft man sie ja nicht. Also habe ich einfach mal losgelegt. Diese kleine Meerjungsfrau ist pink geworden, weil ich sie eigentlich mit dem Meerjungfrauenpapier von Echo Park kombinieren wollte. Aber irgendwie ist dann doch etwas anderes daraus geworden. Nichts desto trotz gefällt es mir. :)

I got infected with a shopping bug after joining a scraping group on facebook. :D
They showed me the ne greeting farm stamps and where to get them. Scrobby.nl had some of The Greeting Farm stamps new in their shop. (Yes, had. They were sold out short after.) The range was quite small, but I instantly fell in love with the little mermaids and the unicorns. They are super cute! I had to have them. Oh boy, I always spent to much money in my holidays. :D

Anyway, I did nopt just look at those stamps and adore them, although that can be enough for me. I also stamped with them and colored like crazy. This one turned out pink because I wanted to combine her with the mermaids paper by echo park, but somehow it turned out different. Happens sometimes. I like it anyway. :)

bald ist es so weit! Meine Viertklässler werden mich verlassen und zur weiterführenden Schule gehen. Als kleinen Abschied werde ich jedem eine Karte mit einem Spruch mit auf den Weg geben. Das ist meine erste von einer ganzen Serie, die bald folgen werden. Ich habe dabei auf das Sommer Kit von Create a Smile zurück gegriffen, aber mit verschiedenen Sachen kombiniert. Jede Karte soll einzigartig werden, da ich ja noch ausreichend Zeit haben. :)

And since summer break will come pretty fast, I started on those cards now. I will post them over the next days and weeks. heute gibt es wieder eine neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create und wie immer ist das Thema "alles geht". Der Twist diese Woche ist etwas umständlicher. :D
"Ein weißerer Farbton als blass - Gestalte dein Projekt mit neutralen Farben: weiß und beige. Schwarz und hell rosa können als Akzentfarben genutzt werden". Man man man, das setzte mich ganz schön unter Druck. :)
Aber mit dem tollen Stempel unseres Sponsors Oddball habe ich eine recht ansehnliche Karte gebastelt. Zumindest meinen Geschmack trifft sie. Ob ich den Twist gut getroffen habe, überlasse ich anderen Richtern. Zu meiner Farbpallette gehört beige nur sehr begrenzt.

da haben wir schon April. Ein Viertel Jahr ist schon wieder rum und die Osterferien auch. Ich kann es kaum glauben. Kaum hat man sich versehen, sind schon wieder Sommerferien.
In Sommerlaune war ich heute schon ein bisschen. Hier wird es langsam wärmer. Und da habe ich die Zeit genutzt und eine sommerliche Karte gebastelt.

Vader-Geburtstagskarte / Vader Birthday Card

Hallo :)
passend zum Schlechtwetter-Wochenende habe ich eine Filmkarte hier. Ich werde zwar nicht dazu kommen, viele Filme zu schauen, da ich mit den Halbjahreszeugnissen anfangen muss, aber bei dem Dauerregen da draußen, der ab und an mal in Schneeregen übergeht, bekommt mich nichts aus der Wohnung raus. Da wird sicher Zeit für einen oder zwei Filme bleiben.
Die Karte war recht schnell fertig. Ich glaube, am längsten hab ich am Todesstern gesessen, dabei besteht der nur aus einem Kreis und zwei warmen Grautönen der Copics. Vader ging an sich schnell, aber ich hatte ja schon einmal eine Vaderkarte gemacht.

it's rainy and stormy and sometimes a bit snowy outside, so I planned for this weekend nothing outside. Just staying at home, working in the half-year school certificates (there must be a better english word for that) and watching some films.
Speaking of films, I have a Darth Vader card here. It was made quite fast. I had expirience coloring the Vader, so just the death star took some time. Even though it's just a circle and two shades of warm grey copics.

CAS Weihnachtskarte / CAS christmas card

Weihnachten ist in weniger als einer Wocher und ich habe meine Karten 

nicht alle gepostet! AHHHH!! Heute habe ich eine CAS Karte, für die

ich nur ganz wenig Material gebraucht habe. Zwei Stanzen, ein Embossing-
Folder, und zwei Papiersorten und etwas Kleber. Das war es schon.

endlich komm ich auch mal wieder dazu, eine Karte

 abseits meiner DT-Tätigkeiten zu posten. Vor den

 Ferien habe ich mich von einem vierten Schuljahr

verabschiedet, die auszogen, um die weiterführenden 

Schulen zu erobern. :)
Für jedes Kind der Klasse habe ich eine Karte gebastelt. 

Einige bekamen diese Krabbenkarten mit einem netten 

Zitat und einem persönlichen Wunsch innen drin.

Before sumer break started I had to say goodbye 

to the 4th grader. They left elementary school to
