Hello :)
today starts a new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create and this month's theme is "use a rubber stamp". So I used my new pear stamp by Penny Black and used the Spectrum Aqua Markers on it. The stamp has wonderful details on it which get lost when used with watercolors, but that's how it is.

heute startet die März-Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create und das Thema ist "benutze einen Gummistempel", also habe ich meinen neuen Penny Black Stempel ausgepackt und die Birne mit Aquarellstiften gestempelt. Die Details des Stempels gehen zwar dabei verloren, aber das ist nun mal so, wenn man Aquarellfarben nutzt.

Hallo :)
bei dieser Karte habe ich einmal die doppelte Ladung Aquarell versucht. Nicht nur einen Aquarellhintergrund, der wieder sehr hübsch geworden ist, sondern dieses Mal auch einen Stempel mit Aquarellfarben ausgemalt. Das Kleid gefällt mir sehr gut. Der Rest ist so lala. Ich brauche auf jeden Fall noch Übung.

today I have a card with double watercoloring. I made a watercolor background, which turned out very nice and I colored this stamp with watercolors. I love how the dress turned out, the rest is so-so. I definitively need more practice!

heute habe ich nicht nur eine neue Karte, sondern auch noch andere

Neuigkeiten: Ich bin in das Designteam von Artistic Inspirations auf-

genommen worden und nun werde ich einmal im Monat eine Karte

für sie machen, denn die Challenges laufen immer 2 Wochen. Jede
Challenge ist Alles geht, meistens aber mit einem Twist, der bei dieser

Challenge "Magie" heißt. Dafür hatte ich mir das tolle Einhorn von 

unserem Sponor Make it Crafty ausgesucht und reichlich mit Aquarell-

farben experimentiert. Ein paar silberne Sternchen dienen als Verzierung,

ansonsten habe ich die Karte schlicht gehalten, weil ich das Augenmerk 

auf die Farben lenken wollte. :)

today I have a new card and an announcement: I am the newest member
of the Artistic Inspirations-DT! I will make one card per month for them,
because the challenges are every 2 weeks and we have 2 teams.
Every challenge is "Anything Goes" with a twist and this 2-week's twist is 
"Magic". So I picked this unicorn by our wonderful sponsor Make it Crafty 
and  got creative with some watercolors. To finish it off, I took some
silver stars, but kept the rest simple, to focus on the colors. :)

Hallo :)

Da bin ich mal wieder! In letzter Zeit war es etwas ruhiger,

da ja meine Freitagskarten leider nun wegfallen. Da ich auch

krank war, hatte ich wenig Lust, irgendetwas zu machen.
Aber nun geht es mir besser und ich habe eine Karte für die neue

Challenge bei 613 Avenue Create. Diese Woche ist der Twist 

"Mach Deine eigene Challenge" und dafür gibt es auch eine

kleine Liste und ich bin mal wieder quer durchgegangen. :)
Dafür habe ich auch das super tolle Bild von A Day for Daisies

genommen und es mit meinen neuen Spectrum Aqua Markern 

coloriert. Das erste Mal, dass ich richtig mit ihnen coloriert habe

und ich fand es super! Und ich finde, es ist mir auch ganz gut

gelungen. Leider sieht man auf dem Bild nicht so gut, dass vorne

aus dem Zauberstab noch eine Glitzerspur kommt. Wink of Stella

schimmert so toll unter Kunstlicht, aber bei Tageslicht hab ich immer

Probleme damit, das auf einem Foto einzufangen.

here I am again! It was quiet on my blog lately. I was sick and

I don't have the friday-cards anymore, so I was not motivated to

craft or post something.
But now I'm back and I have a new card for a new challenge for you.
Over on 613 Avenue Create we a have a ATG challenge like always,

but this week with the twist: "Create your own challenge". 

For that we have a chart with stuff and you should use one thing from 

each column. I jumped right in. :D
I used this super cute image by A Day for Daises and colored her

with my new Spectrum Aqua Markers. That was a lot of fun and
I love the result. I am just a bit sad that you can't see the wink of

stella on the photo. It didn't want to shimmer in daylight.

Her wand leaves a shimmery trail. You just have to believe me! ;)
