Aber da Freitag ist, gibt es eine neue Karte für 

die Sister Act Card Challenge. Diese Woche ist

Stitchy Bear unser Sponsor und ich habe mich 

an eine Karte mit vielen Verzierungen und Blumen 

gewagt. Das tu ich nicht oft, da es nicht unbedingt

mein Stil ist, aber zu manchen Motiven gehört es 

einfach dazu, wie ich finde.

Mein Geburtstag ist schon wieder über einen Monat rum. Kaum zu glauben,

wie schnell die Zeit vergeht. Das Candy lief über die ganze Zeit und ich bin

über die Teilnahme und den Zuwachs an Followern echt erstaunt, freue mich

aber natürlich auch. :)

Da natürlich nicht jeder gewinnen kann, habe ich trotzdem einen kleinen Trost:
demnächst wird es wieder etwas zu feiern und ein kleines Candy geben. Also

DT: Schmetterling und Herz / Butterfly & Heart (for Fitztown)

Hallo :)
da ist der Februar auch schon wieder fast rum. 

Aber bei Fitztown läuft noch die Februar-Challenge

und das Thema dieses Mal wie immer "Alles geht"

und der optionale Twist ist "nutze ein Herz".

Ich habe dafür diesen hübschen Schmetterling 

genommen und ihn mit Copics coloriert. Dabei

wollte ich mein Farbschema recht simple halten

und die Farben nicht zu sehr verblenden, sondern 

eher fedrig ausfächern.

February is almost over, but the challenge over at

Fitztown is still running. This time it's ATG with

the optional twist "use a heart".

I used this lovely butterfly for my card. I colored

it with copics, but I wanted to limit my color scheme

and I didn't want to blend to much. I was looking

for a feathered, stroky kind of look. :)

wie jeden Freitag gibt es auch heute wieder eine

neue Herrausforderung bei der Sister Act Card

Challenge. Die heutige Karte hat mir einiges Kopf-

zerbrechen bereitet. Das schöne an einem Design

Team ist, dass man mit Motiven in Kontakt kommt,

die man vorher noch nicht kannte. Und manchmal

stellt einen das vor eine richtige Herausforderung.
Da kann das Motiv noch so schön sein, der kreative

Funke springt einfach nicht über. Das hatte ich ein

bisschen bei der Karte. Bei dem pompösen Kleid

hatte ich bei allen Ideen und versuchen, eine Karte 

zu machen, am Ende etwas viel zu überladenes.
Deswegen ist es am Ende eine richtig einfache 

Karte geworden.

New friday. New challenge over at Sister Act Card

Challenge. Today's card was a real challenge for me

too. Sometimes I have ideas in my head, which don't

look that good as real card. I had it with this image.
Every try ended in a cluttered card and a frustraded me.

So I ended up with a quite simple card. Sometimes 

the spark of creativity doesn't ignite. :(

heute startet wieder eine neue Challenge bei 613 Avenue 

Create. Das Thema diese Woche ist "Alles geht / mache 

etwas nettes für einen Freund/Nachbarn/Postboten/...".

Ich habe nur einen Teil des Digis von Oddball genutzt, 

aber ich fand das kleine Püppchen so knuffig. Und es 

passt hervorragend für jemanden, den man schon ewig 

hat/kennt und immer noch liebt, auch wenn er nicht 

perfekt ist oder nicht mehr so dolle aussieht. :D

nice for a friend / neighbor / mailman/ ...". It's Random Act
of Kindness Day!

I just used a part of Oddball's Digi, but I loved this 

cuttie as soon as I saw it. It's the perfect image for some-

thing or someone what's with you for a long time and 

you still love. Although it's not perfect or beautiful 

anymore. :D
