I finally had some time to play with those wonderful dragons by Mama Elephant. Okay, I admit, I just played with one. But that's better than non at all. :)
It turned out to be a monochromatic card, but that's fine. When I saw this stamp set I immediately had to thank of Toothless from "How to train your dragon". So it had to be a black dragon!

Ich hatte endlich etwas Zeit, um mit den tollen Drachen von Mama Elephant zu spielen. Ok, ich gebe es zu, ich habe nur einen genutzt. Aber einer ist besser als keiner. :)
Am Ende kam eine monochrome Karte dabei herum, aber das ist ok so. Als ich das Stempelset sah, musste ich sofort an Ohnezahn von "Drachenzähmen leicht gemacht" denken. Also musste es ein schwarzer Drache werden!

Hello 2017

Hallo :)
Ich habe zwar in diesem Jahr schon eine Karte gepostet, aber die gehörte eher noch ins alte Jahr. Jetzt geht das neue Jahr allerdings los und es startet mit viel Farbe und die cutting. Ich habe kurz vor Weihnachten noch meine Simon Says Stamp Bestellung erhalten und dabei war auch die tolle Weihnachtsbaumstanze. Damit habe ich ein Kreismotiv ausgestanzt, das an ein Mandala oder ein Spitzendeckchen erinnert. Darunter ist Distress Ink blending und aus silbernem Glitzerpapier habe ich das Hello ausgestanzt, das auf mehreren Lagen Papier etwas Abstand zur Karte erhält.

I already postet a card this year, but it was a "get well into the new year" kind of cad. Now the new year has started and it started with colors and die cutting. Shortly before christmas I got my Simon Says Stamp order and one of my items was this christmas tree die. I used it several times to create some kind of a mandala or doily looking pattern. Underneath is some distress ink blending and the sentiment is cut from silver glitter papier with a few layers of cardstock underneath to raise it a bit.

hier ist eine weitere Karte für meine Kids. Das kleine Nashorn war ne Menge Arbeit. Erstmal die Taucherbrille loswerden, dann eine neue Brille stempeln und einen Schnurrbart. :)
Brille, Schnurrbart und Eiffelturm sind vom Action. Der Rest ist von Create a Smile.

Hallo :)
Ich bin in Sommerlaune. Und seitdem ich die Aquarellfarben von Mijello und die Blumenstempel von Create a Smile habe, bekomme ich nicht genug davon. Ich könnte den ganzen Tag stempeln, embossen, malen. Den ganzen Tag! Es macht super viel Spaß und ich bin so froh, dass nun ein langes Wochenende ansteht, wo ich auch wirklich Zeit dafür finde. Ich plane zwar, bei dem schönen Wetterchen auch mal raus zu gehen, aber es wird dennoch Zeit zum Malen und Basteln bleiben. :)

Summer Time! Since I got the Mijello Water Colors and the flower stamps by Create a Smile,  I can't stop. I could stamp and emboss and color all day long. All Day Long! It is so much fun and I am so happy and glad I have a four-day-weekend ahead of me. Spring finally arrived, so I will be outside too, but still having enough time to indulge my addictions. :D

gelbes Hallo (yellow hello)

Hallo :)

ich habe zwar gestern wieder gebastelt, aber noch nicht fotografiert.
Deswegen eine Karte von letztem Jahr ;)
Da habe ich noch einige Karten, die ich noch posten möchte und werde das auch mit und mit tun.

Die Karte ging an eine Freundin aus meiner Zeit in Aachen. Da passen die Farben der Allemania ja ganz wunderbar. :) Wobei ich nicht daran gedacht habe, als ich die Karte bastelte. Manchmal passt es dann einfach ganz spontan.
