Alles Gute Sternenkarte (best wishes star card)

Sonntag, 18. Mai 2014

Hallo :)

Hello :)
I made this card for the Colour Me...!-Challenge. It was a real challenge
for me just to combine yellow and blue. It´s not one of my typical color-
choices. I first wanted to make a blue card with stars, but it didn´t work out,
so after a while this card developed. :D

Paper: cream linnen card; blue paper; yellow paper
Stamp: sentiment (Rayher)
Color: Copic Y17; white gel pen; white embossing powder (rayher)
Embellishments: Glossy Accents (Inkssentials, Ranger); Pearls; Sequins
Punches: heart; star

  2. This is such a unique card! I really love how you weren't afraid of color and combined blue and yellow so successfully! I think your "M is for midnight" idea is a wonderful interpretation of our theme. I also liked how you carried on the night/sky feel by including stars and bright shiny sequins. This card made me smile and I'm so glad you shared your talents with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
